Mavericks move up two spots to #7 in D2Football.com Poll

Minnesota State moved up two spots to seventh in the most recent edition of the D2Football.com poll.
MSU improved two spots in the poll after if defeated Northern State 36-0 last weekend at Blakeslee Stadium. MSU’s shutout of NSU was its first since week three of the 2015 season when it defeated the University of Mary 48-0
The Mavericks are one of three NSIC schools ranked in the top-25. Sioux Falls climbed to the fifth spot in the poll after defeating Minnesota Crookston 34-0. Winona State improved three spots in the poll to 18th after defeating Minot State 47-7.
Minnesota State continues its season on the road this Saturday as it takes on the Concordia-St. Paul Golden Bears. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 p.m.
