Vikings Leave Mankato For The Last Time

It was a sad sight, as the crowd watched the vikings leave the field from practice yesterday. The Vikings will end their 52-year streak of training camp in Mankato this year.

Children and adults were teary eyed as their favorite players waved goodbye and the trucks began to load the players equipment.

Training camp will be moved to the team’s new Eagan headquarters in 2018.

It was a sad day in Mankato yesterday, but those frowns will be turned upside down when the Vikings kick off their pre-season

game tomorrow at 6 p.m. in New York.
