[WATCH] Teddy Bridgewater is back to throwing footballs

A video of Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has been released. It shows him stepping back and throwing a pass to a receiver, while fully using his left leg (the leg with a torn ACL and a dislocated knee).

Teddy Bridgewater’s injury that occurred before the start of last season was a gruesome one. There was some speculation that he would never be able to return to the NFL. While this video may just show a small amount of progress, it appears that his rehabilitation is going well.

He is wearing a massive leg brace in the video, but he was still able to use his leg while going through a normal throwing motion.

This does not mean that Teddy Bridgewater will be able to play next season, but it gives Vikings fans hope of a return someday. Hopefully, sooner rather than later.
