Mavericks hold on to 21st Spot in AFCA Poll

The Minnesota State football team maintained control of the 21st in the AFCA poll for the second straight week.

MSU held steady in the poll after defeated St. Cloud State 45-12 last weekend on the road.

The Mavericks are one of four NSIC teams ranked in the top-25. Sioux Falls improved to 14th in the poll, while Augustana moved up two spots to 16th. Bemidji State also moved up two spots and is now 22nd in the poll.

Minnesota State continues its season at home on Saturday as it hosts MSU Moorhead at Blakeslee Stadium. The opening kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on The FAN Mankato AM 1230 and FM 103.1.
