MSU football jumps to fourth spot in D2Football.com Poll

The Minnesota State football team moved up to the fourth spot in the most recent edition of the D2Football.com poll.

MSU improved one spot in the poll after defeating Minot State 35-7 last week.

The Mavericks are the highest rated NSIC team in the poll. Sioux Falls (18th) and Augustana (19th) both moved up in the poll, while Minnesota Duluth dropped to the 23rd spot.

Minnesota State opens the home portion of its schedule on Saturday as it hosts Bemidji State. The opening kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on The Fan Mankato AM 1230 and FM 103.1.
